1 • Register
Registration is easy! Download the Impact Rewards+ mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, visit an in-store tablet, or register right here.
*Please note: While you can register, login and track points and rewards from a computer, you'll need to access the mobile app from a smart phone, tablet or in-store kiosk to redeem points for catalog rewards.
2 • Earn Rewards
Swipe your card, enter your phone number or scan your mobile ID during each transaction at The Store. A variety of reward types are available. The app will keep track of them for you.
3 • Redeem Rewards
Points earned are redeemable for Catalog Rewards. Browse the catalog in the mobile app, and tap a reward to claim it. Claimed rewards will be deducted from your next purchase - just enter your phone number, swipe your card, or scan your mobile ID. Claimed rewards are valid for 30 days.
Club Rewards at The Store are automatically applied to your next purchase (Example: Buy 8 Hot Drinks, Get One Free).
Use your gas discounts right at the pump! Gas rewards can be redeemed wherever you pay, inside or outside.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for an account?
The easiest way to sign up is by downloading the Impact Rewards+ mobile app from Google Play or the Apple App Store and registering right in the app. If you need additional assistance, the video below will walk you through how to sign up in our mobile app.
Another way to sign up is through this website: simply fill out the information on the registration form to register your new account.
Finally, you can also register using the Impact Rewards+ kiosk found in The Store. As always, one of our Guest Service Associates will be happy to help you out!
How do I link my physical Membership Card to my account?
You can get a Membership Card at any The Store location. Simply ask for one at the register.
The easiest way to link a Membership Card to your account is by using the Impact Rewards+ mobile app. Log into your account in the app, then:
- On the left-hand side of the app screen, select the menu button (3 lines stacked on top of each other)
- Choose Settings from the bottom of the list.
- Tap Card Management.
- Tap the + sign by the rewards card icon.
- Enter the number printed under the barcode on the back of your card into the field provided.
What kind of Rewards can I earn?
There are three types of Rewards available:
Club Rewards are “buy some get some free” rewards. These rewards are automatic – once you have purchased the qualifying number of a product, the next one is free! Watch the video for more information:
Catalog Rewards are items you can receive by redeeming Rewards Points. Every purchase you make at The Store will earn you points. You can then redeem those points for items featured in the Catalog Rewards list in the app. Watch the video for more information:
Super Saver Gas Discounts (you guessed it) save you money on gas after you purchase qualifying items at The Store.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
No worries. There will be a tablet at the Guest Reward Center in most stores where you can register and select your rewards. Our Guest Service Associates will be happy to help you!
How can I use my rewards in The Store?
During checkout at the store, pay as you’d like with cash, credit, or debit. After the sale, watch the screen on the PIN pad, even if you paid in cash.
- When asked if you are an Impact Rewards+ member, select ‘yes.’
- Enter your mobile ID, or swipe your Membership Card. You can also ask the Associate to scan the barcode in your Impact Rewards+ app.
- If you have already redeemed a Catalog Reward, the screen will ask if you want to use the reward.
- Press ‘yes’ and it will apply to your qualifying purchase.
How can I use my rewards at the gas pump?
If you are redeeming Catalog Rewards points for a gas discount, claim your reward in the app before making your purchase. Then, when paying at the pump:
- Swipe your credit or debit card as usual.
- When asked if you are an Impact Rewards+ member, select ‘yes.’
- Enter your Mobile ID (the 10-digit phone number associated with your Impact Rewards+ account) or swipe your Membership Card.
- If you have any rewards that qualify toward your gas purchase, you will be asked to confirm if you want to use that reward on this transaction.
- If you want to use that reward, press ‘yes’ and the gas pump will roll back the price to reflect the discount(s).
You can also decline and use the reward for a later fuel-up. Please remember rewards expire after 30 days. You can use the app to check how many days you have.
Please Note: If you have purchased a qualifying Super Saver Gas Discount item and pre-paid for your fuel inside the store, the Super Saver Discount will be applied automatically.

My mobile ID barcode on my phone doesn’t match my physical Membership card, how do I make them match?
Not to worry – the number will not match. Yeah, we know - it’s silly but that is how the software was built. Computers, right? 🤣 As long as you have linked your Membership Card to your account, they will both work at The Store. You can also type in your 10-digit phone number, so that’s three numbers working for you!
I swiped my card but didn’t get my points. What do I do?
Please visit the Contact Us - Technical Issue page to submit a form. From there, you can enter your information and our team will help resolve the issue. You can also contact our team by emailing contact@impactrewards.com.
Can I link multiple cards to my account?
No, sorry. The software is only designed to have one card per account. However, you can replace a lost or damaged card by linking a new card in the app.
I lost my Membership Card. What do I do?
That’s ok! You can pick up a new Membership Card at any The Store location. Then, simply unlink the lost card from your account and add the new one to your account using the app. All of your previous points will remain on your account when you do this. The reward(s) I claimed have expired. What do I do?
Rewards will expire after 30 days of being claimed. To avoid having any rewards expire, you should claim rewards only when you know you will use them in the near future.
Do I need to have an account? Can't I just use the card?
An Impact Rewards+ account is required so you do not miss out on any of the points and rewards you earn. Without an account, you won’t be able to track rewards or redeem points for items in our Catalog Rewards. If you use a card that is not associated with an Impact Rewards+ account, all your points and rewards are not recoverable if the card is damaged or lost.
Please note: Your Impact Rewards+ account only exists to keep track of your rewards and points. We will never share or sell your information.
